Well, it's Lundi Gras and I handed out these vintage throw cups with beads and doubloons at my office today.
(These throws happen to date from 1984 to 1989 and the art work is vibrant and perfectly preserved.
Somebody named 'Frolich' did a lot of the cups artwork at Giacona Container Company).
This is about 20% of what I handed out today.
I just CAN'T let it be a mere Monday.
Tomorrow, I'm off for Fat Tuesday.
What does one do to celebrate Mardi Gras in LaGrange?
The Mayor of Mask and the Pooh-bah of Mask will have to break ground and make new traditions. :)
I wonder who will join us?
Whatever is done, it should be in the the best tradition of the season.
Part of the magic is getting together with friends
to enjoy life on a very different type of day.
I salute the human spirit and it's achievements of imagination and myrth.
Be safe, be courteous, be respectful and have fun!
