2026 ROUTE Starts at Wild Leap on Main Street heading North, passes the Square, North to Ridley Ave, turns West on W. Battle St, turns South on Church Street, straight at the Marriott Hotel - Royals toast the city,

DRIVERS AND MARCHERS INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Wait to be launched. Volunteers will launch us by areas. In some places, jeeps will fill in spots after an area launch, into the parade lineup from LSPA.
2) Do NOT get out of line during the parade unless specifically instructed by an official. (We’ve had this happen in the past and part of the parade mistakenly followed!) As the parade is still disbanding, drive back through the intersection of Bull and Byron Hurst before departing. After the last unit crosses Byron Hurst and Bull St, you may leave by whatever route.
3) Return to your starting place after the parade to disband. We need to get the rest of the parade back in. Stopping prematurely stops the parade.
4) IF YOU ARE CARRYING SIGNS, RAKES, FLAGS, or other parade equipment belonging to the Krewe, WAIT AND RETURN THEM TO THE PROPER VEHICLES before you depart!!!
5) Leave your staging area meticulously clean.
6) All units staging on Pierce Street cutouts should stage / line up - facing North. Initially approaching from Lewis Street gets you coming in facing North. Coming back, you'll face south. No problem, a right on Cherry street gets you out of the parade area for exit. if needed, you can turn around using the parking lot on Cherry Street to turn around - if it's open enough.
7) Orientation - Lafayette’s statue is NORTH of Pierce Street which also runs North-South.
8) Krewe of Mask Float Drivers: Pre-parade, have your Float Lieutenant sound the emergency stop horn and know what to do if that sounds.
9) Be excellent to each other and enjoy!

If, for any reason, you cannot stage in your assigned spot, go to one of the overflow sections at LSPA or the parking lot on Cherry Street near the Dog park. Line up facing the direction of the parade. Vehicles in areas 1, 2 and 3, and LSPA should back into their spots whenever possible for easy launch.
